A day at the park

Today we drove an hour and a half to a very nice park in Upper Sandusky, where we met my parents and my youngest brother Seth, his wife Casey and their two children. It was a beautiful day, and the kids had a good time on the wonderful playground equipment.

Yikealo didn't pay much attention to Zavier and Lexi, but he had lots of fun with Uncle Seth.

My parents gave Yikealo a toy phone, which hasn't left his hands since, except when he was using both hands to stuff his face at Bob Evans with his delicious meal of pancakes, eggs and bacon all SOAKED in lots of syrup. Blech!

He fell in love with his Grammy. He loved sitting in her lap and goofing around with her!

Thankfully, though, he didn't seem to mind leaving her and getting back into our car. So far, this plan of meeting people somewhere other than at our house seems to be working rather well. Besides, he got to wear my watch on the way home - what more could a little boy want than to
wear a girly watch made from bright aqua beads?
