And We're Off...

We leave for Ethiopia this afternoon! We are SO excited to meet S on Wednesday. Over the last couple of days we have heard updates from several families that have been at Hannah's Hope, and they've said things like, "He is going to be a social dynamo!", and "Let's just say that your little guy is always smiling!" and "He is the MOST AMAZING LITTLE BOY EVER!!" Wow! Those are such thrilling words to hear, and we can't wait to experience him in person.

A huge thank you to everyone who has donated items for Hannah's Hope. Everything will be SO appreciated by the children and the staff there. I took a photo of the items that we have received from people:

This all translates to around 200 pounds of donations! Amazing! Here's a photo of our luggage...ready to head out in just a couple of hours.

I don't know if we'll have the ability to do any updates from Ethiopia or not...the internet connections in-country can be pretty sketchy. Thanks in advance for all of the prayers over this next week!
